TURNOUT: The county is “hoping” for a 50% turnout of registered voters today in a non-presidential primary. . . . Not bad? Actually, that would amount to only 31% of county residents old enough to vote. . . . By contrast, turnout in Nicaragua’s election last February was about 90%.
