The NCAA infractions committee restored the eligibility of Wayne Buckingham, a 6-foot-9 forward at Clemson, because a school representative was not present during his entire interview with the NCAA.
The NCAA has been investigating Clemson, including the academic certification of Buckingham, accused of lying to investigators.
