1 Killed, 1 Injured in Freeway Shooting

A 19-year-old driver was shot to death Monday by someone in a passing car on the Century Freeway near Long Beach Boulevard, authorities said.
The victim and his suspected attacker both had just left El Farion bar in Lynwood, authorities said. A 23-year-old in the victim’s car was shot in the arm.
A short span of the westbound lanes was closed after the 2 a.m. shooting.
