Jeffrey Sklar is co-chairman of Sklar Kirsh LLP, chair of its corporate department and a member of the management committee. He advises clients across industries, including advertising, entertainment, technology and hospitality, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and executive compensation. Sklar co-founded Sklar Kirsh in 2013, building it into a premier boutique law firm. Notable representations include Innovate MR’s growth investment from CIVC Partners and Ohmega Technologies’ sale to Arcline Investment Management. He serves on the advisory board of Loyola Law School’s Transactional Lawyering Institute and multiple nonprofit boards. Recognized as a legal visionary by L.A. Times B2B Publishing, Sklar is also a volunteer with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
